PhysX Flex ends up using the CPU, no matter what settings.

Seems KF2 as of late has an issue where it no longer is able to use the GPU for PhysX, even if you set bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport=False. The GPU is properly selected in the NVidia control panel as well, but it still just resorts to using the CPU. This causes insane performance degradation when using Flex. Using a GTX 960 here, and the platform is Windows 10 x64 (Creator's Update).

Please fix it, this issue started around the time the game came out of Early Access.

-Have you ever tried reaching out to NVIDIA about this? I'd be curious to see what opinions they have. They might be able to offer some advice we haven't thought about before.
