Trader Time fps drop

Hello, I have problem with performance when the wave ends. It's look like flex bug because I have stable 60 fps when zed's dies and there is a lot of fluid and gore. But when there is trader time I have like 40 fps... even its nothing happening my card is working on 100%. I dont get it.
My spec;
GTX 960 4GB
I5-6600
Windows 10
8 GB RAM

Same here. I play 120 fps. Framedrops to 60-90 and 99% GPU load beetween waves and about one minute during wave (normal load about 60%). Turned off Flex and it's constant 120fps about 60% Load. Strange because it's during trader time, and not because of intense gameplay. It began even before this beta. Please adress this issue, I want my Flex back .

without FLEX I already noticed this performance issue during trader time but I was not thinking about FPS drop, but more of heavy server load because often people running around during trader time have some kind of lags/micro teleportation. Anyway this still does not make sense as during trader time there is less everything so why would server have heavy load and GPU a bad time?

You mean buy menu? It's no matter. FPS is dropping when Flex effects disapear. FPS back to normal when I for example shoot dead body to spawn Flex particles.

It's not a server issue because this happens offline as well. For some people it happens only on custom maps but I've gotten it many times in between waves on stock maps with Gibs enabled.
