Server Dedicated server problem(6 players or 32)

Happy new year!I have one dilemma.
I configure my dedicated server correctly,but something is weird.I set my server to 32 players in KF.ini,but when I launch game it show me only 0/6players max.,but in web console it looks fine 0/32 players.Who is lying?SO only 6 player can join on server or 32?
I don t understand really,what happening...

You can NOT set up slot number above 6 for Survival mode, and above 12 for VS Survival mode. Changing the parameter in the INI will not do it. To bypass the limit you can use the whitelisted mutator called 'maxplayers' from the Workshop. Then using the mutator V1 use the mutator config file, or if you use the mutator V2 simply add the parameter to command line when starting the server or switching map.

We set our server up all the time for 12 person Survival Mode via the webadmin.

Once in the web admin go to (General) then (Connection) and change the number to 12.

Are you sure you play with 12 real players, in SURVIVAL MODE (not VERSUS SURVIVAL), by changing max player with web admin WITHOUT ANY MUTATOR?

I don't believe it.

is not the first time when I configure the server step by step.In the past was working flawless.
1.I unzip KFMaxPlyers.u in killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\
2.I unzip KFMaxPlayers.ini in server_root\killingfloor2\KFGame\Config\
3.I add 2 lines in [KFGame.KFGameEngine]
...
ServerActors=IpDrv.WebServer
ServerActors=KFMaxPlayers.KFMaxPlayers

where MaxPlayers=32

omg.ok I have old mutator that s why is not working.but why they change always mutator?Now is working I add line in .ini
start .\Binaries\win64\kfserver kf-IceArena3?adminpassword=123?Mutator=KFMutator.KFMu tator_MaxPlayersV2?MaxPlayers=32?MaxMonsters=360
