Server Issue Running Workshop Maps KF2 Server (Item State is 4)

Hey Guys, When I load my server I get the following message and my custom maps are not playable:

[0029.14] Log: UKFWorkshopSteamworks::InstallItem: State of item 642414860 is 4.

Its almost as if there is a problem bringing the maps to my cache or there might be something I'm missing. Please help!
