When i join online server that has players my game freezes and i dont region has anything with it i think its connected to whether the game has players or not and this happened when i join VSsurvival and survival btw this is on ps4 .

Hi, try rebuilding your PS4 database, that helped for me. If it helps or not I would guess Tripwire would be very interested in hearing about it.
I've been having the excact same issue, rebuilding the database (option 5 in ps4 safe boot) seems to have helped, but we might not have the same issues even though it sound like we do.

Yes, this is a known issue. If you could let us know what specific matchmaking settings you are using and maps this issue occurs on that would be a big help. The rebuilding PS4 database solution is unconfirmed but if that helps you significantly please let me know. Thanks for the report.
