Stream Workshop Workshop Upload Tool issues

Hi.
Whenever I try to load the "Workshop Upload Tool", it just won't. I wait and nothing appears at all, even though my name does go green for a few seconds.

I tried run the WorkshopUserTool.exe in the folder, but only opens the cmd for a second and then it closes.

I also tried clearing the cache in steam and reinstall the SDK, but nothing worked until then.

Anyone have the same problem? Any solutions?

* Just adding, I tried an complete reinstall of the game and tried to run the tool on another computer, but I still have the same problem.

Have you tried running it from a command prompt? It does not have a graphical interface, and it needs to have a file specified on the command line. See http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1112644122 under "Advanced uploading" for more info.
