Building lighting resets almost all Lighting Channels

First off, I just started using the SDK and it's my first foray into map making with any engine.

I'm mainly just doing tutorials at the moment and finished some on lighting and started trying things with lighting. One issue I can't figure out is when I go to build the lighting, either just the lighting alone or build all, it seems to reset all my static meshes and lights to have neither indoor or outdoor lighting channels selected and thus all the meshes are dark. I can provide more detail if someone can troubleshoot it but for now I'll just leave it at this and hope it's maybe something easy I missed.
