[help needed] ho do i make ai target a destroyable object (blockaid)

what i realy want is a pre welded door that cant be rewelded with the health at 10000

ive managed to close the doors at level load with the kismet but cant find the weld integrity var

so ive changed to a destroyable sofa as a blockaid

the health is an easy one but geting ai to attack it seems well out of my league

any info would be amazing

this is the map but it is my first so be nice about all the mistakes

oh and it wont run on my server (no its not the server)
server is called oz and runs custom maps
